Fourth of July is a time for celebrating here in the United States, and there are lots of free and low-cost printables to help make it happen. There are 16 Independence Day coloring pages to choose from at FreePrintableColoringPages.net, with fireworks, patriotic kids, and flags, as well as U.S. History designs and all 50 state flags.
At FreePrintableStationery.net, there is a red, white, and blue waving flag design, accented with stars. It's free, and available in both lined and unlined versions. FreePrintableBusinessCards.net has a business card that matches the stationery, and the version with the site URL is free, while a card without the URL is just $3. (Both of these designs are actually appropriate year-round, for any home or business that wants to express its patriotism.)
For Fourth of July picnics, potlucks, and so on, there's a firecracker design recipe card at FreePrintableRecipeCards.net. It's free as a PDF, or $7 for a DOC version you can type directly onto in Microsoft Word. All of the recipe cards on the site are available either lined or unlined, in 3-by-5 or 4-by-6 dimensions.

Since the launch of CharacterReferenceLetters.com just a few months ago, I've gotten great feedback from people who appreciate the sample letters that serve as templates to jump-start the writing of what can be a difficult message to write. Largely in response to your feedback, I've added 17 new letters as well as six articles with tips on how to write character reference letters for various situations such as to a potential landlord or in court.
While you may be eager to vouch for a friend or colleague, it's not always easy to find the right words - especially if the reason a letter is needed is due to a legal situation. Some of the new reference letters address this, while others are designed for employees (particularly domestic help such as a nanny), students, and teachers. There is even a new letter template for a church pastor to give a reference.
All of the character reference letters are free, and to use them just copy and paste from the website, or click to download a DOC file you can customize with your own wording in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or another compatible program.
