FreePrintable.net news

May 24, 2011
Hi from Kevin at FreePrintable.net, where a busy printer is a happy printer.

My 4-year-old daughter, CQ, has been reading a series of books about fairies. (Well, she doesn't read yet; we read them aloud to her.) The books have titles like Lauren the Puppy Fairy, Tia the Tulip Fairy, and Stephanie the Starfish Fairy. They're cute books for little girls about adventures in a magical fairy land. After reading these books to CQ for a few days, my snarky 13-year-old and I stated dreaming up our own fairy book titles, such as: Lenny the Used Car Fairy, Donny the 90-Days-Same-As-Cash Financing Fairy, and Wally the Life Insurance Sales Fairy. Somehow I don't think our fairy books would be as popular with the little kids, but we think they're funny.

When I'm not dreaming up fictional fairies, I'm creating new printables for you. This week I've added tons of new stuff to www.BusinessFormTemplate.com, and my latest all-new site is www.PrintableLuggageTags.com.

» New Business Forms
There are nearly 100 new forms now up at www.BusinessFormTemplate.com, from financial forms to business letters to work project trackers. That makes for a whopping 347 forms now free to download and print!

The new additions include an entire new category: landlord documents. This includes forms especially for property owners and managers. There's a printable eviction notice, rental agreements and ledgers, a move-out inspection form, and letters addressing issues such as noise complaints and overdue rent.

The printables at BusinessFormTemplate.com aren't just for small business owners. There are forms for household use, as well as letters and other templates for schools, nonprofits, and so on. The new additions include donation and pledge trackers and charitable sponsorship forms.

Also just added are: a sports teams roster, call logs, shift activity reports, banking forms, a vehicle repair log, a work-seeking log, shareholder ballot, meeting agendas and minutes, a job application, survey templates, and more.

All of the forms are available to print individually for free as PDFs or DOC files, or both. (All of the letters are free to download as DOC files or copy and paste from the site). The DOC files can be opened and edited in Microsoft Word or other compatible programs, such as Google Docs. Some files are in XLS form, which works with Excel. A popular, convenient option is the $20 all-in-one download, which includes all available variations of the nearly 350 templates on the site.

» Printable Luggage Tags

Just in time for summer travel, I've launched www.PrintableLuggageTags.com, with 30 printable luggage tags in a variety of colorful themes and designs.

These luggage tags are conveniently sized to fit standard business card stock (perforated or not), or just use heavy paper. Slip one into your luggage tag, or laminate and attach to your belongings, and your stuff has a much better chance of finding its way back to you. You can also use these tags to identify other gear, insert into binders or wallets, and so on.

You can choose from simple designs or pretty multicolor illustrations. There are versions with the same design repeated 10 times, as well as a version with 10 different, themed designs of animal luggage tags (great for pet carriers, too). There are sports luggage tags along with nature illustrations such as palm trees, butterflies, flowers, and apples.

Opt for the PDF or DOC download and either write your name and contact info in by hand, or type it in using Microsoft Word. Both formats are free!

I'm excited about all the new printables and sites I have on the way! Please email and let me know what you'd like me to add next. See you next week, and happy printing!

  » Kudos

Often, I get letters from printables users who can't pick one favorite site. That was the case with Amy C., who wrote: "Thanks for your excellent printable templates. I am using the resume and I've used a few of the certificates. I like the letter samples, too. I will recommend these. There are so many uses and great ideas. I appreciate it." Thanks, Amy!
