FreePrintable.net news

December 29, 2009
Hi from Kevin at FreePrintable.net, where a busy printer is a happy printer.

A new year is almost upon us! Looking back, 2009 has had its ups and downs for me, as I'm sure it has for you. I had some great experiences with friends and family, and it's always fun making free printables and launching Web sites. But suffice it to say, I'm ready to turn the page on a new year and look forward to good times in 2010. I can't promise that your 2010 will be all rainbows and unicorns, but I am confident that I will be bringing you many, many new printables in the coming year. In this, the last FreePrintable.net newsletter for 2009, I'd like to remind you about the calendars available at Printable2010calendar.net, all completely free to download and print. I've also rounded up New Year's themed printables and I have some tips on how you can use printables to get and stay organized in 2010 and beyond.

» 2010 Calendars
Are you ready for 2010? Ready for not, it's coming, and if your holiday gifts didn't include a calendar (Someone always seems to give me a cat calendar), or you just like easy-to-read, formatted calendars, please visit Printable2010calendar.net, were you can conveniently download 2010 calendars one month at a time, all at once, or even year-on-one-page designs. All of the calendars are free in both PDF and .DOC form, and the .DOC versions can be customized in Microsoft Word. This year there are even more calendar styles to choose from, including vertical and horizontal orientations, ascending and descending year-on-one-page designs, weeks starting on Monday, shaded weekends, academic years, holidays in red, wallet-size calendars, and calendars with very large, bold numbers. You can see all the calendars here:

If you enjoyed last year's calendars from Printable2009calendar.net, you'll love all the new options at the 2010 calendar site. Want to get a jump on 2011? I've also got Printable2011calendar.com up and running. And if you prefer a customizable calendar with all the Jewish holidays and Hebrew dates, please visit PrintableJewishCalendar.com.

» New Year's Printables

Happy New Year! The FreePrintable.net sites have several printables to celebrate the ringing in of the new year, from party invitations at PrintInvitations.net to coloring pages at FreePrintableColoringPages.net. (If you let the kids stay up late to watch the ball drop, keep them occupied by coloring a New Year's baby or Father Time.) There's even a Happy New Year banner and a fax cover sheet. The direct links are below:

I truly hope your 2010 is the best ever. I'm expecting to add more printables than ever before, but I need your help! Please take a moment to let me know what new additions (and even new sites) you'd like to see in the coming year. I appreciate it!

  » Kudos
Due to numerous user requests, I recently added a lot of scouting-themed certificates to FreePrintableCertificates.net. Judging from this nice note from Cheryl B., the free and premium, customizable versions are already well-received. She wrote: "I just saw the additions to the scouting certificates. The timing was perfect. I am getting ready for our annual Christmas banquet and wanted to give each of my leaders recognition certificates, and they are all right here. Thanks again for helping out our scouting group. Your prices are the best."
