Hi from Kevin at FreePrintable.net, where a busy printer is a happy printer.

The Fourth of July printables are busting out all over! From coloring pages to stationery to recipe cards, the FreePrintable.net sites have it all. In my community, Independence Day means an awesome fireworks show out at the lake. The local baseball team (Go Crabbies!) is playing on the Fourth, so that's where I want to be! (For FreePrintable.net newsletter subscribers who aren't in the U.S., feel free to skip ahead to the second section - and submit your ideas for international holiday printables.) Also, I've just added 10 new grocery lists and menu planners to FreePrintableGroceryList.com.

» Fourth of July Printables
In our house, Independence Day is a time of celebration, of course, but it's also about getting together and relaxing with family and friends. It's probably no surprise that I use free printables a lot, and the Fourth of July is no exception. In between sprinklers and veggie dogs, my girls will probably spend some time with U.S. history-themed coloring pages. (I think my 11-year-old still enjoys coloring as much as my 2-year-old does.) The FreePrintable.net sites also offer a recipe card design with a firecracker theme, flag-adorned stationery with matching business cards, and more. There are dozens of free printables suitable for Independence Day celebrations. Here's a list of quick links:

All of the coloring pages are free to download and print, as is the stationery. The recipe card is free in PDF form, or $7 for a premium .DOC version that can be customized in Microsoft Word. The business cards and certificates also have both free and premium options.

» Free Menu Planners
In the time since I launched FreePrintableGroceryList.com, with blank and detailed shopping lists in varying designs, I have had multiple requests for blank menu planners. I just added 10 new printables to the site, including several menu planners. Some are illustrated in color, while others are black-and-white. All have room for writing or typing in your family's plans for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. I know from experience that mealtimes go a lot more smoothly when the planning (and thus the shopping) is done well ahead of time. Both PDF and customizable .DOC versions of the shopping lists and menu planners are free, and print instantly. You can see all the new additions here:

Thanks so much for subscribing to the FreePrintable.net newsletter, and for all the great input. I have a big, new free printables site to unveil next week, so don't miss the next edition

  » Kudos

I recently got some nice feedback from FreePrintable.net user Eileen T. She wrote, "Thank you so much for offering such cool things free of cost. I have already used the certificate, greeting card and bookmark websites and [they are] just super!" Thanks, Eileen!
