Easter is one of the holidays when free printables can be especially helpful, which is why for years I've offered hundreds of free printable Easter coloring pages, gift tags, recipe cards, letterhead and much more. I add to these resources all the time, thanks to suggestions from FreePrintable.net users. This year, I decided to fill another need: printable letters from the Easter Bunny. (Every "bunny" needs a little help now and then, after all.)
Having two kids and a lot on my plate, I know how it is to make elaborate plans for the holidays only to realize at the last minute that something slipped through the cracks. FreeEasterPrintables.com, featuring more than 15 letters from the Easter Bunny, offers parents and others the convenience of being able to instantly print an Easter Bunny letter to send to their child or to set out on Easter morning. There are letters for boys and girls and baby's first Easter, Christian-themed Easter letters and even a funny Easter Bunny letter for grownups! (An excerpt: "Are you one of those barbaric human creatures who bites the ears off chocolate bunnies?") Each full-color design has a free download option as well as a premium ($5), customizable .DOC version that can be edited in Microsoft Word. The site also has a selection of free printable coloring pages with Easter designs appropriate for any Easter event, or for Sunday School. www.FreeEasterPrintables.com
But that's far from all FreePrintable.net has to offer at Easter time. How about printing out a bunch of free Easter coloring pages, rolling them up and tying with a ribbon to add to a child's Easter basket? (My 2-year-old loves to color, so coloring pages are always a hit at our house.) If you enjoy giving Easter gifts, you'll definitely want to see our free printable gift tags. Or, use our Easter recipe card to share your favorite dish at the church potluck, or print out a bunch of blank cards and present them in a foodie friend's Easter basket. There are greeting cards and even an Easter-themed fax cover sheet! You can see the Easter printables here:

Whenever I need to do any type of home maintenance, whether it's fixing a leak or building a retaining wall in our back yard, there's one place I go first: Tim Carter's AskTheBuilder.com. Tim is a nationally syndicated columnist who has been remodeling homes since the 1970s and is also a master carpenter, a licensed master plumber, master roof cutter and a close friend of mine. Try fitting all that on a business card! Tim's site has step-by-step instructions, videos and tips for the homeowner as well as professionals. Sometimes, I end up having to call in the pros, but more often than not, Tim's site has the information my wife and I need to "DIY."
The site is great, but the REAL power is in getting the newsletter every week. In it, Tim offers up insights, advice and product recommendations especially for readers. Tim's manta is: "Do it right, not over." And he loves to take on readers' toughest home improvement questions. You can sign up for the newsletter here:

Thanks for subscribing to the FreePrintable.net newsletter. Please keep the ideas coming. I have more new printables on the way, including brand-new sites!
