There are now nearly 850 forms, charts, trackers, and more at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com. I love how much this site has grown since I launched it in 2009. The new printables include: a Holter heart monitor diary, a surgical drain log, a very basic sleep tracker, and a nap tracker. There are several signs for medical offices, doors, and hospital rooms that relate to treatment or rules. (Some have a clock to indicate medication due, discharge time, or food restrictions.) I’ve
added letter templates for airplane priority seating, gym membership cancellation, service animal access, and organ donation appreciation. The new veterinary forms include: medical incident trackers, flea and tick control, and a pet weight tracker. You can also print forms for people with diabetes, family planning charts, nutrition forms, exercise trackers, wallet-sized

MultiplicationTableWorksheets.com now has more than 700 printables, and the math worksheets range from easy to advanced problems. The site is organized by grade level, so it’s easy for you to find the worksheets you need.
MultiplicationTableWorksheets.com also has several multiplication tables to print for reference. There are new single-, double-, and triple-digit worksheets along with new decimals and fractions versions. The answer sheets can be downloaded as well. There are other math-related sites in the FreePrintable.net family, including: MathematicalConstants.com, which displays constant symbols for physical and mathematical constants, AsAFraction.com,
AsDecimal.com, and SimplifyFractions.com.

It wasn’t too long ago that I checked out which contract, agreement, and warranty templates from PrintableContracts.com are being downloaded the most. But I’ll be adding to the site soon and wondered what’s popular this summer. There are 670 templates in all. The most-downloaded is, again, a car rental agreement. The Top 15 also includes: a horse boarding contract, a dog breeding contract, a community property agreement, a company vehicle usage agreement, and a release to the rights of possession. The most popular waivers are for mechanical bull riding and water parks. You’ll also find agreements for children who are
