Counting the latest additions, FreePrintableMedicalForms.com now has 824 printables. I started this site in 2009, and it’s grown to include everything from health trackers for home use to forms and charts for medical offices. The new printables include logs for tracking acupuncture visits, family illnesses and broken bones, and ambulance calls. The just-added medical forms for patients or caregivers cover: tapering off medications, meds compliance, and physical therapy exercises. There are new door signs alerting medical staff to specific conditions or risks of the patient. Plus, there’s a cutely illustrated sign reminding visitors to protect a new baby from germs. I’ve also added sheets of wallet-sized cards that alert bystanders to: a heart condition, a medical implant, or ostomy. Rounding
out the new additions are letter templates for physicians relating to surgery clearance, medically necessary tattooing or tattoo removal, and school absences. You can also print exercise trackers, forms for
people with diabetes, family planning charts, food and nutrition forms, and lots more. FreePrintableMedicalForms.com even has forms for pet owners and veterinary offices.
