Stay on track with the printable lists at PrintableToDoLists.com. The designs range from simple checklists to detailed organizers and planners. This site just keeps growing! I’ve added several illustrated, lined lists with checkboxes. These print with two on each page so you can cut them into strips if you’d like.
They are great for shopping. The new graphics include: a baby mobile, a bookish owl, an astronaut, a cute seal, a puppy, a rubber duck, house plants, oranges, and even a teddy bear riding a motorcycle. Also new are several daily to-do lists. There are now lists labeled for each day of the week, plus a school to-do list and a cleaning task list. PrintableToDoLists.com has black-and-white and full-color task lists, including lots of checklists. There are weekly lists and lists especially for holidays, too. Each list downloads instantly in both PDF and DOC (Microsoft Word) format.

I know many of you use my internet-based faxing service FaxZero.com. Well, after 18 years of being a faxers’ favorite, last week FaxZero hit 27 million faxes sent. That is a lot of faxes! FaxZero works with desktop or mobile devices, and businesses or individuals can send five free three-page faxes a day in the U.S. and Canada, and unlimited and longer faxes for $2.09 each after that. There’s also international faxing available for a low fee based on the country faxed. A few years ago, I added a cool feature that lets people fax their representatives in the U.S. Congress for free.

PrintableSigns.net has more than 4,500 signs, and the most popular one at the moment is a biohazard sign. I strongly suspect people are using this for Halloween purposes. Clever! I took a quick look at which other printables are being downloaded the most at the site this week. A Danger sign is popular, followed by two health hazard signs and the always-hot “Smile, You’re On Camera” security sign. Also popular are a car for sale sign, an alcohol minimum age sign, a parking
violation sign, and several danger and warning signs. New to the Top 20 are signs that read: “Danger: Do Not Start This Machine,” “Please Knock and Wait Before Entering,” and “Not for Hire.” Also new to the most-popular is an Applause sign illustrated with drama masks.
