This week I took a look at which of the 650 templates at PrintableContracts.com are being downloaded the most. Of all the contract, agreement, and warranty templates, the most popular is a bit of a surprise: a lighthearted “best friends” contract. Other personal contracts in the Top 15 cover breakups,
relationships, and group purchase of lottery tickets. Always downloaded a lot are: a car rental agreement, a neighbor fence contract, an event security contract, and a company vehicle usage agreement. The most popular waivers deal with mechanical bulls and (separately!) spicy foods. The Top 15 also includes agreements for kids regarding chores, grades, and pet
