The summer is going by so quickly! I had to double-check my calendar. Here in Oregon, most schools don’t start up again until after Labor Day, so we have a few more weeks left. There will be a
big roundup of classroom printables in the next issue of this newsletter, but in the meantime, be sure to check out TeachersPrintables.net. This week, I’m sharing the new medical forms at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com. I’ve also added new sample obituaries to ObituaryHelp.net, my site that helps people find the right words
to memorialize someone. Please visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page and consider making a monthly pledge to support the creation of new printables. Thank you!

FreePrintableMedicalForms.com now has 755 printables for medical offices, homes and schools. I recently added even more forms, charts, journals, and trackers. The new additions include: an Activities of Daily Living (ADL) checklist, a baby food reaction tracker, an ovulation tracker, and a vaccine storage tracker. Plus, there are a couple of new weight trackers and graphs. I’ve expanded the wallet card category to include cards alerting people that the card-holder
takes blood thinners or is living with PTSD. There are quite a few new symptom trackers and diaries at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com. The conditions include: anemia, anxiety, Crohn’s Disease, diabetes, endometriosis, gallstones, glaucoma, and more. The site
is also home to veterinary forms, nutrition forms, logs for people with diabetes, medication forms, and lots more. The PDF versions are free, while DOCs that can be typed into in Microsoft Word before
printing are $3.99 each. Another time- and money-saving option is to download the entire medical forms collection for $99.

If you’re ever in the position of needing to write an obituary, please remember ObituaryHelp.net. The site now has more than 200 sample obituary templates to help make it easier to find the right words to honor and remember someone. The site also has several
articles with tips on writing eulogies, formatting obituaries, funeral etiquette, thanking mourners, and related topics. Some of the sample obituaries at the site simply allow users to fill in the blanks
to recount someone’s life and share funeral details. But most are examples of the types of stories that can be told and memories shared about someone. These templates provide a starting point; just type over the placeholder text to adjust the wording as needed. There are examples based on relationship, line of work, cause of death, and other details. The newest include: artist, community leader, veteran, and athlete. There are 20 new templates in all. Visit sister site DeathPlanner.net for end-of-life planning printables that can be organized into a Final Directive
planner.

“I teach 1st grade and I am always looking for excellent coloring pages for our coloring contests! … Thank you! Love your coloring pages!”- KATRITA |
As I mentioned in last week’s newsletter, I recently added to PrintablePaper.net. Now that the site has surpassed 2,000 printables, I took a look at which are being downloaded the most. Lined, graph, and dot paper lead the pack, as usual. Also hot are a blank check register, grade book paper, and an index card template. Dice and card game score sheets have joined a cricket sheet in the Top 15. Also new to the most-popular is a volleyball court diagram. PrintablePaper.net also has: games, music paper, brochures, crafting paper, penmanship paper, columnar pad paper, calligraphy paper, 3D paper, storyboards, comic book paper, and lots more. To see which printables are most popular at all the FreePrintable.net sites, visit: FreePrintable.net/popular/
