The Post-Birthday Thanks Edition

Thanks so much for the good wishes for my birthday as well as for FreePrintable.net reaching 60,000 printables, along with your ideas for new printables. I’m not stopping! I have more birthdays and more printables to come.

Contracts

There are now 626 contract templates at PrintableContracts.com, a site I started back in 2009. Each of the agreements, warranties, and waivers at the site is free to download, customize, and print.

The new additions include commission agreements, college counselor and testing coach agreements, a pet therapy contract, and sample business mission statements and codes of ethics. Plus, there are new employee agreements relating to: gifts, lobbying, timekeeping, flex time, and software use. You’ll also find several new non-disclosure agreements, including for mergers and acquisitions as well as a book beta reader.

I’ve added contracts for personal situations as well, such as a relationship NDA and a college shared summer storage agreement.

PrintableContracts.com also has informal agreements for kids, events agreements, and more. Plus, you can read the site’s articles about contract types and structures.

Each contract downloads instantly as an editable DOC (Microsoft Word) file. Be sure to consult an attorney if you need legal advice.

Calendars

I’ve updated RocketCalendar.com to include even more 2024 calendar variations.

This site makes it easy to instantly download and print calendars from any month and year from 1800 through 2099. Plus, print ISO week/date calendars. Or, get lunar calendars with moon phases as each month progresses. I’ve now updated the Hijri (Islamic) calendars at RocketCalendar.com to include 2024.

It’s been quite a while since I took a look at what’s being downloaded the most at my family tree and ancestry chart website. I recently added a couple dozen new templates, and there are now 475 printables at FamilyTreeTemplates.net

The most popular is a 7-generation family tree with room to include vital statistics. Two 12-generation trees are also downloaded a lot, including multi-page and colorful versions. Illustrated trees are hot, too. The most-downloaded genealogy forms are a family unit history, an ancestor sheet, a siblings form, and a research checklist.

FamilyTreeTemplates.net also has decorative trees for weddings and keepsakes, poster-sized trees, family memories forms, and even charts for family pets.

Download anything at the site free in PDF format to print out and fill in with a pen or pencil. Most designs also have a $4 editable DOC version that you can type into before printing.
