The Great Lengths Edition

Ready for April showers? They’ve already started here in Portland. I’ve been hunkering down this week, and that means I’ve had time to read all the great feedback and suggestions related the newsletter design, as well as congrats on 25 million faxes sent via my service FaxZero.com. New this week are rulers at PrintableRulers.net. Plus, I’ve got an early roundup of Easter printables in anticipation of the April 9 holiday.

Rulers

From basic to specialty and from standard to metric, the ruler selection at PrintableRulers.net really… measures up. (You probably saw that coming.)

Counting the new additions, the site now has 174 free measuring tools for students, hobbyists, and professionals.

I’ve added to the popular “shorter” rulers. Seven print on one page, which means you save paper as well. The newest are 6 inches (15 centimeters) long, with various increment markings. Also new are centimeter and inch rulers that are marked but not labeled, for students learning how to measure.

You’ll also find new large-print yardsticks and metersticks to cut out and assemble. These are great in a pinch, as is the site’s printable measuring tape.

Also new to PrintableRulers.net are cun rulers with traditional Chinese inches. In the professional and pocket rulers category are new wound rulers and bullseyes to measure injuries.

The site also has rulers for hobbies and crafts, zero-center rulers, right-to-left rulers, pocket rulers, grid rulers, and page layout rulers.

Be sure your printer is set to print the PDF rulers at 100 percent for the best results.

Easter Printables

Can you handle another goofy joke? Here it is: “Hop” on over to my FreePrintable.net sites for Easter-themed printables. Each item has a free version, from coloring pages to certificates to flyers.

I’m expecting Easter meal planners to soon join the Top 20 most-downloaded printables at my grocery lists site. A Passover shopping list is already among the most-downloaded. Currently, a Ramadan grocery list is the most popular item.

The huge Master Grocery List is in second place. The most popular specialty lists cover: low sodium, high cholesterol, candida, and heartburn. Also hot are two versions of a monthly menu planner.

The site has lots of holiday lists and planners, along with expiration labels, substitutions lists, and a coupon and sale organizer. Everything is free to download and print.
