ResignationLetters.biz is your go-to website anytime you need to find the right words to leave a job, volunteer position, or other role. I’ve added 20 new sample letters to the site, so
there are now 337 templates from which to choose. There are resignation letter templates for all kinds of situations. Just choose a letter that’s similar to your case, and then customize it by editing the text. You can download the letter as a DOC file to open in Microsoft Word, or
simply cut and paste the text directly from the site. For tips on resignations and letter-writing, check out the articles at ResignationLetters.biz. (Of course, be sure to consult an attorney if needed.) The new letters for specific jobs or positions include examples for lawyers and judges. There are also letters for unusual situations such as resigning from a job after having returned to that job, or withdrawing one’s resignation after a favorable counteroffer. I’ve also included a short letter for announcing that an individual is leaving a social
media platform. Some of the new letters that include a reason for resigning reference: going to college, winning the lottery, inheriting money, and a natural disaster. A few are specific to pregnancy, such as resigning due to lack of appropriate health coverage, or due to a high-risk pregnancy. Most of the letters at ResignationLetters.biz are professional and
positive, such as a new template with a friendly tone, and one to list specific areas of appreciation. But a handful of negative letters are provided as well. The newest deals with resigning from a “terrible corporation.” There’s also a letter for rejecting a project. There are also education-related letters for abandoning a graduate thesis, resigning from an internship, or leaving an alumni association.
