It seems like school is starting earlier and earlier! Where I live in Oregon, kids don’t go back until around Labor Day. Of course, teachers are already hard at work in their classrooms. This week, I’ve got a roundup of classroom printables, from grading sheets and seating charts to parent forms and homework trackers. At the start of every school year, I like to do a roundup of the thousands of classroom printables my FreePrintable.net sites have for teachers, homeschooling parents, and students. Remember, there’s a free version of each to instantly download and print!

If you haven’t bookmarked PrintablesToday.com already, do it now in time for the new school year! This daily printables site, which I started in January 2020, has become a favorite of teachers who are looking for a daily dose of facts and fun.

Each day, the site displays a new calendar, vocabulary word, holiday, puzzle, and Hero of the Day. The site will also tell you what’s new at FreePrintable.net.

PrintablesToday.com is fun for all ages! Two words of the day are featured: one that’s kid-level and a more-advanced vocabulary word. The holidays include recognized U.S. holidays and celebrations as well as semi-official or light-hearted holidays such as Root Beer Float Day or National Dress Up Your Pet Day with a link to a related printable.

Popular Printables

Whether are not there are people in your household who are headed back to school, I’m sure you have a lot on your to-do list. With that in mind, I took a look at which printables are being downloaded the most at my to-do lists site.

The most popular list is (again!) a simple blank, lined checklist with boxes to check off. Also popular are variations with two columns, 6 blank lists on one page, and a list numbered to 100.
