The Card Carrying Edition
|
First off, don’t worry! Despite the image accompanying this issue of the FreePrintable.net newsletter, your time card is not due on Wednesday. Unless it is. I wouldn’t know; it’s just a preview of some of the great new printables I’ve added to the websites this week.
There are several new time card designs at PrintableTimeCards.com, as well as a selection of reminders for those who need to turn in their hours.
Plus, for all kinds of difficult and tricky situations, I’ve added even more hardship letters to LetterOfHardship.net
Please take a moment to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page, where you can consider making a monthly pledge to support the creation of new printables. Thank you!

The latest additions bring the number of time cards at PrintableTimeCards.com to over 310.
There are variations for freelancers, small business owners, and anyone who needs to track their time. This new batch expands the selection to include reminder signs for the workplace. There are 24 new printables in all. Some of the time cards account for overtime or deductions, and there are new work logs as well.
PrintableTimeCards.com has daily, weekly, semi-weekly, monthly, semi-monthly, six-month, and yearly time cards. Some can track multiple rates of pay, while others have room to note extra hours worked.
Specialty cards include large-print time cards, cards that work with traditional time stamp machines, cards for volunteers and nonprofits, and even mini time cards that print with several cards formatted on each sheet.
The new additions include daily, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly cards on which the fields can be separated by client. Other new cards have room for multiple employees earning triple overtime.
I’ve also added new work logs for community service, specifically tracking Greek life (fraternity or sorority) volunteerism as well as parole. There are also new trackers for intern hours and for a student driver who must log a certain number of hours on the road.
The new reminder signs are brightly colored so they stand out in an office, factory, or other work setting. A few say “Reminder” in bold red letters, along with details on when time cards are due. There’s also a set with a different color for each day of the week.
PrintableTimeCards.com also has cards for atypical schedules and time intervals as well as special projects. Plus, find calendar-look cards, driver logs for mileage, and other variations, along with logs on which to track one’s own hours for personal reference.
The time cards can be downloaded in either free PDF and $7 editable DOC (Microsoft Word) format. With the editable version, it’s easy to adjust the template to add a business name, logo, or other details. If you need more complex time sheets, such as XLS spreadsheets that can perform calculations in Excel and other compatible programs, visit sister site
PrintableTimeSheets.net.

In the more than 10 years since I started LetterOfHardship.net, the site has grown to 351 templates that can help people find the right words to advocate for themselves in all kinds of personal, financial, and academic situations.
Each hardship letter has sample wording to provide a jump-start in crafting your own letter. Just type into a template to edit it.
This new batch includes several letters relating to having jury duty excused or postponed if you truly can’t serve. They address: pregnancy, a newborn, scheduling conflicts, medical issues, and being away at college.
I’ve added even more college-related hardship letters. There’s a tuition payment plan request, a meal plan waiver letter, allergies, and requests for extensions on paying deposits and other fees.
There are also letters related to mortgages and renting. The newest tackle leases as they relate to pet ownership.
Other new letters involve: rate increases, late payments, membership fees, IRA and 403b hardship withdrawals, and various fee waivers.
LetterOfHardship.net also has letters related to the pandemic, court appearances, appeals, and other hardships.
Everything at LetterOfHardship.net is free for personal use. Each template can be downloaded in DOC format, or simply cut and paste the text directly from the site. You’ll also find articles with tips on how to write a hardship letter. Of course, be sure to consult an attorney if you need legal advice.
Please keep sending me your ideas for new printables. I’m especially on the hunt for ideas for business forms. And don’t forget to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page and consider becoming a member with a monthly pledge. Thanks and happy printing!
