When I started BusinessFormTemplate.com back in 2008, the site offered dozens of basic printables, from office forms to budget worksheets. There are new letters as well. Each template contains sample wording that can be edited to suit specific situations. The letters intended to be sent by business owners include those addressing: billing errors, merger announcements, and confirming a verbal job offer. For customers, there are sample letters related to: a bank fee waiver, a credit freeze, loan deferrals, price adjustments, demanding action, or reporting a business to a regulatory agency.
