I’ve continued to expand the selection at PrintableInvoiceTemplates.net, recently adding two dozen new templates to this site I started in 2008 to help small business owners and freelancers. The site now has 466 invoices from which to choose, each
with a free and a paid, premium option.
There are basic invoices, of course, but also templates for proposals, bids, credit memos, expense reports, purchase orders, and other billing documents.
There are lots of illustrated industry-specific forms at PrintableInvoiceTemplates.net, and the newest is a record store invoice. There are also printable agreements with graphics for renting: a car, a carpet cleaning machine, equipment and tools, home medical
equipment, musical instruments, party supplies, photography equipment, ski equipment, and formal wear such as a tuxedo.
New illustrated repair invoices cover: cell phones, drywall, garage doors, televisions, watches and clocks, and windshields.
I’ve also added a fence cost estimate, a flooring estimate, a tree-trimming estimate, and an estimate for moving. Each has room to note parts
and materials as well as labor. There’s also an estimate template for dental work and one for veterinary care.
Some of the invoices match stationery designs at sister site FreePrintableStationery.net as well as business cards at FreePrintableBusinessCards.net. Many of the invoices are available in both lined and unlined versions as well as in landscape and portrait orientation.
Each invoice template is free in PDF form to print out and write on in pen. Or, if you’d like to
alter the form by typing in a business name or other details before printing, pay just $7 per template for an editable DOC (Microsoft Word) or XLS (Excel spreadsheet) version.
