LegalPleadingTemplate.com has expanded so much since I started the site in 2008 with a basic selection of legal pleading paper templates. There are now 474 forms, charts, and other items for use in law offices and court settings. You’ll find printables for court reporters, attorneys, law students, people representing themselves in court, and notary publics.
The newest additions to the site include: a child care authorization, a request for an oral argument, and
several waivers. The waivers cover: waiting periods, arraignments, personal appearances, citations, and other situations.
I’ve also added to the selection of affidavits, so there are now sample documents addressing: domiciles,
heirships, identities, lost documents, name changes, successors, and trustees.
Of course, LegalPleadingTemplate.com still has general and state-specific pleading paper. Plus, you’ll find dozens of blank court and jury
forms, law office printables, and forms for notaries.
Be mindful that the forms and templates at LegalPleadingTemplate.com are not a substitute for legal advice, and you should consult an attorney when you need
one.
Everything at the site is free to download and print individually. Especially convenient for law offices, there’s also the time- and money-saving option to purchase the entire collection in one download for just $99.
That way, the forms and other printables can be stored on a computer to access easily anytime.
