Counting the just-added variations, there are now 382 time sheet templates at PrintableTimeSheets.net with both free and paid, premium options.
The site has templates ranging from simple weekly time sheets to complex spreadsheet versions that compute time off work, overtime, bonuses, commissions, breaks, and other factors that affect how pay is calculated. There are daily, weekly, and longer time periods covered, and some of the sheets track multiple tasks at different hourly rates. Blended-rate time cards and project time
sheets are ideal for freelancers or anyone who is self-employed or is paid differently based on varying tasks and clients. Several designs are available in both horizontal and vertical orientations.
The newest additions cover a lot of special cases. There are several new time sheets that are set up to display the hours worked in color, so the grid forms a visual representation of the time worked as well as the hours still available to be worked. There are daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and semi-monthly variations, and the time periods tracked range from 15 minutes to an hour.
There are also several sheets on which, when the user fills in a start time on the premium
XLS version, the spreadsheet will then automatically fill in start times and totals for the rest of it.
Rounding out the new additions are three spreadsheets with room to track multiple employees for multiple work periods.
These time sheets are free as PDFs to print out and write on in pen or pencil. There’s also the option to purchase a robust file that does mathematical calculations.
The $9 XLS version opens in Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and similar programs. Some of the sheets at the site are designed to work with Apple’s Numbers format on Macintosh computers.
PrintableTimeSheets.net
also has a set of weekly, monthly, and yearly pay charts that use the federal minimum wage as a starting point. These sheets display monthly pay based on various hourly wages.
