This week marks the 16th birthday of FreePrintable.net sister site FaxZero.com. Sweet sixteen! I started my free and low-cost internet fax service in 2006, and in the years since, nearly 24 million faxes have been sent via FaxZero!
On a related note, I’ve added new fax cover sheets to FreeFaxCoverSheets.net. Plus, this week’s edition of the newsletter has a roundup of graduation printables for everyone from preschool to college level.

Speaking of faxing, I’ve added new fax cover sheets to FreeFaxCoverSheets.net. There are now 508 sheets from which to choose for all your business and personal fax needs.
There are two dozen new designs in all. Some can serve as a cover sheet to a longer message, while others have easy-to-read information fields on which to communicate everything the recipient needs to know on one page.
Based on the popularity of existing cover sheets and the agencies most faxed via FaxZero, I’ve added several more variations especially for government destinations. (Of course, the agencies themselves could make use of these sheets on their end!) They include the Department of Education and Federal Student Aid. There are also two templates for submitting new and
weekly claims to a Department of Employment.
I’ve also expanded the selection of cover sheets for messages directed to local, state, and national government leaders. The pages read, “Dear City Councilor,” “Dear Committee Leader,” “Dear District Attorney,” “Dear Police Chief,” and “Dear Supervisor.”
Also new are cover sheets for faxing a billing or service invoice, “proof of identity,” a restaurant order, or a solicitation for donations to a cause. I’ve also added a few sheets for reporting daily or weekly Covid-19 cases, such as from a health care facility.
Rounding out the new additions are a couple of “thank you” faxes and a sheet with bold lettering letting a sender know that they’ve faxed the wrong number.
FreeFaxCoverSheets.net also has confidential fax cover sheets, holiday fax cover sheets, funny fax cover sheets, and lots more. Some of the sheets are illustrated and in color, but most are basic black-and-white.
Download and print (or upload) any cover sheet for free. For internet-based faxing, remember FaxZero.com. My service offers five free faxes a day in the U.S. and Canada, or unlimited faxes for $2.09 apiece after that. International faxing is also available for a low fee based on the country reached. Or, fax your
representatives in the U.S. House and Senate for free.

Graduation time is here, and my FreePrintable.net sites have printables for preschool, kindergarten, elementary school, high school, college, and even graduate school. As always, there’s a free version of each item to download and print.
At FreePrintableCertificates.net, there are both cute and formal printable diplomas to commemorate the occasion. They’re free in a PDF version you can print and then write on by hand. Or, pay $5 for a handy DOC version you can type into using Microsoft Word before printing.
There are free graduation gift tags at FreePrintableGiftTags.net, with illustrations of graduates, mortarboards, and diplomas.
For grad parties, print a celebratory banner from PrintableBanners.net. There are premade messages, or use the free Banner Maker to personalize one for your graduate.
There are graduation cap borders at PageBorders.net and a graduation party lawn sign at PrintableSigns.net.
If your graduate is heading to college, be sure to check out the college category at TeachersPrintables.net. The site also has signs for kids to hold up for photos for the “last day of school” (or a specific grade level).
