This issue of the FreePrintable.net newsletter is all about family, with new additions to my family trees site as well as a Father’s Day printables roundup. I don’t have anything thrilling planned for this Sunday’s holiday, other than some kind of delicious breakfast or brunch. I’d sleep in, but my cats and dogs won’t allow that.
The new batch of printables for FamilyTreeTemplates.net includes a set of interview question pages to record the memories of parents, grandparents, and other relatives. There are also new fan-style genealogy charts.
Please take a moment to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page, where you can consider making a monthly pledge to support the creation of new printables. Thank you!

With the latest additions, FamilyTreeTemplates.net now has 450 printables for all your genealogy and family memory-keeping needs! There are full-color family trees suitable for framing, ancestry charts and genealogy tools, and lots more, each with a free version to download and print. Most have a premium, editable option for a few dollars as well.
I’m excited about the new Family Memories Forms category. These sheets are attractively designed, with several prompts in question-and-answer format for “interviewing” family members. You can ask a grandpa about his military history, query an aunt about her favorite childhood toys, or talk to a mom about the place where she grew up. Or, have them fill the sheets
out in their own handwriting. There are more that 20 memory forms in all, and they’re great for all kinds of family history and research projects.
FamilyTreeTemplates.net of course has lots of family trees. The site started in 2008 with a few basic multi-generation designs and now has versions for as many as 12 generations, and even poster-sized printables. Many have room for vital statistics. There are all kinds of fun and formal tree illustrations, including designs you can color in yourself.
Besides traditionally formatted family trees, there are hourglass, fan, bowtie, radial, and circular style designs. This week’s new additions include several fan charts
that take up three-quarters of a circle rather than half. The designs span from three to six generations.
I’ve made sure to include trees for step-families, adoptive families, and other special situations. There are keepsake forms, pretty trees for weddings and family reunions, and charts for school projects. FamilyTreeTemplates.net also has family trees for cats, dogs,
and other pets.
The site has lots of forms for genealogists of all levels, from ancestor summaries to research organizational tools.
There is a free PDF version of each printable, and in most cases an editable DOC version that you can type into using Microsoft Word is available for just $4. (Some designs, such as the fan charts, are only available as a PDF due to layout restrictions.)
