If you’ve been subscribing to the FreePrintable.net newsletter for a few years, you may remember that annually I post about my birthday. It’s June 1, the day after this issue goes out. My tradition is to ask newsletter readers for the “gift” of ideas for new printables. Please email your suggestions! With more than 57,842 printables at my nearly 100 sites, I’m always on the lookout for new ideas, and you can help. You can even send ideas for new printables
sites. Thanks in advance!
This week, I added new measuring templates to PrintableRulers.net, and they include some cool variations for sewing projects, complementing the wide selection of traditional rulers at the site. Also new are multiplication worksheets at MultiplicationTableWorksheets.com.
Please take a moment to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page, where you can consider making a monthly pledge to support the creation of new printables. Thank you!

I launched PrintableRulers.net in 2015 with a basic selection of rulers with measurements in millimeters, centimeters, and inches. Since then, the site has expanded to 156 measuring tools for students, hobbyists, and professionals. As always, everything at the site is free to instantly download and print.
For this round of additions, I branched out even further, adding templates for quilting as well as clothes-making.
There are templates that will assist in sewing a new T-shirt or altering an existing shirt. Just place the guide at the neckline and cut the front or back of adult, youth, child, and infant T-shirts. There’s also a V-neck ruler with measurements guides as well as sewing templates for cutting out a pocket to sew onto an article of clothing.
I’ve added quilters’ rulers in various sizes, from 2.5-inch all the way up to 7.5 inches. These can save the day when you don’t want to interrupt a project to go to the store for a plastic quilter’s ruler, can’t find your favorite ruler, or just want to save your money for your fabric stash.
You’ll probably want to print the sewing guides on thin, transparent paper. Vellum or even printer paper would work. Just cut out the pattern and pin it to your fabric.
Also new is a ring sizing chart with a wide range of sizes. Be sure to print at 100 percent. Then, set a ring on top of the chart to determine its size. You could also cut out each circle. Or, even easier, print the new ring sizer that wraps around a finger.
PrintableRulers.net also has hobbyist rulers, zero-center rulers, right-to-left rulers, pocket rulers, grid rulers, and page layout rulers. For specialty use, there’s a yard stick and measuring tape to print in segments and assemble yourself.
There are even colorful rulers for school.
Again, be sure your printer is set to print these PDFs at 100 percent for the best results. The measuring tools at PrintableRulers.net are great when you need to measure something in a pinch and can’t go to the store or wait for an online order. Due to unavoidable variations in the printing process, they may vary slightly from physical rulers.
This summer, I’ll be adding to my other other education-related sites, such as TeachersPrintables.net's classroom printables and PrintablePaper.net's papers.

Multiplication Worksheets
|
I’ve expanded the collection of worksheets at MultiplicationTableWorksheets.com, and there are now nearly 300 free worksheets for keeping skills sharp over the summer or anytime.
Each item is free to print individually at the site, which also includes handy multiplication tables for reference.
MultiplicationTableWorksheets.com also has versions with varying levels of decimals as well as fraction worksheets. The worksheets are organized by complexity and grade levels so it’s easy to find, download, and print what you
need.
The free multiplication tables are available in two sizes. One goes up to 12-times-12 and a larger version goes all the way to 20-times-20.
The worksheets are free to download and print one at a time. Or, purchase a large collection of multiplication worksheets for $12.99. These convenient collections are sorted by grade level, and each includes at least 100 worksheets. The versions in the premium downloads and exclusive and not found anywhere else on the site.
If you like MultiplicationTableWorksheets.com, check out my other math-related sites. MathematicalConstants.com displays constant symbols for physical and mathematical constants such as neutron mass, parsec, or universal gas constant. AsAFraction.com turns decimals into fractions, AsDecimal.com converts
fractions and percents to decimals, and SimplifyFractions.com simplifies fractions.
Remember, what I want for my birthday is for you to send me your ideas for new printables! And please visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page and consider becoming a member with a monthly pledge. Thanks and happy printing!
