The newest round of additions brings the number of free stationery sheets at FreePrintableStationery.net to more than 1,000. I started this site way back in 2008, and it’s cool to see how much it’s grown.

The new additions feature illustrations exclusive to FreePrintable.net, and they’re available in full-color and color-it-yourself versions. Of course, as always, they’re each free to download and print. You can type into the stationery sheets before printing, or print them out in lined or unlined format and handwrite your letters old-school style.

It’s been awhile since I took a look at which of the 685 forms at my health-and medical-related printables site are being downloaded the most. There are forms for medical offices, families, caregivers, school nurses, and so on.

A pre-employment physical form is still in the top spot. The Top 15 most-downloaded also includes: blood pressure and blood sugar tracking sheets (regular and large print), a vital signs flow chart, a blank medication record, and a “new patient” sheet.

Also popular are: a HIPAA release form, an intake form, an illustrated body pain indicator chart, and a Jaeger eye chart.
